I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. I am in need of something that doesn't break the bank, is clean, and I can use. I am NOT tech savvy and in real estate. This is a necessity for my everyday work life.

What do you like best?
I like the choice of fonts because one can add changes or complete empty fields to a pdf and by using a different font from the original text it is clear that the additions are different from the original.. Also I like that one can add circles, check marks, "X" to a doc. And can erase portions of text.

I dislike that you have to pay extra to add or subtract pages from a pdf.

My hand writing is very poor. So I use PDFiller to compensate for this deficiency..

the two forms that I needed to fill out for Social Security,SSA-3368 and SSA-827 ,your system had the forms to fill out and to print up the filled out forms so I can fax the document to them. very easy to follow steps to make sure you fill out the form fully

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
