I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

The support team are the BEST!
The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. I contacted the support group, explained my problem within minutes they solved my problem and refund my money.Thanks again for a Great job!!

What are interactive audio streams?
Interactive Streaming. An “on-demand” stream of a track that doesn't require the listener to download the file. Interactive streams allow listeners to listen to recordings at their request, thus generating mechanical royalties.
What is non-interactive streaming?
Non-interactive streaming services are very generally defined as those in which the user experience mimics a radio broadcast. Unlike music downloads or podcasts, streaming does not result in permanent copies of masters or songs being transferred to the listener.

How do songwriters get paid for non-interactive streaming?
Sound recording royalties are paid out through record labels, distribution companies, and SoundExchange (a global collection society for non-interactive streams). They are dependent on what country the stream occurred in and whether you've registered at specific collection societies.
Does Spotify pay SoundExchange?
Streaming services (like Spotify) pay artists based on a percentage of revenue that the service receives. SoundExchange collects and distributes digital performance royalties on behalf of recording artists, master rights owners (like record labels), and independent artists who own their masters.
Is streaming a performance royalty?
Digital streams But generally, streaming services pay out performance royalties through Pros, who, in their turn, distribute them to publishers and songwriters. The public performance royalty rates for streaming services are established by local legislation, in the US, by the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB).
How can I legally stream music?
You can legally license music through agencies such as BMI, ASCAP, and HF. That's one way to doing it without going directly to the artist. Another is working with the labels. Quite a few of the legit music streaming sites over the years have actually been created by the labels in order to promote their own music.
How can I legally use copyrighted music?
Determine if a copyrighted work requires permission. Identify the original owner of the content. Identify the rights needed. Contact the owner and negotiate payment. Get the permission agreement in writing.
