I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! I moved across the country since I had my brochure designed and printed. Meanwhile Covid-19 restrictions gave me the extra push to go 100% virtual with my business. Thus the online marketing material had to be accurate and up to-date. [pdfFiller made it easy for me to easy to update/edit my existing marketing materials.

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

I have found the software to be easy to use and has features that similar sites don't have. I have not yet spent much time to learn all of its features but I plan to. I would like to create forms and sell them on your platform. I would like to create some form that would allow a business to evaluate and identify its essential functions so that they may operate efficiently in times of, say a global pandemic.

How much notice does an employer have to give to reduce salary?
Can an employer reduce an employee's pay to minimum wage during his or her two-weeks' notice period? The Fair Labor Standards Act generally does not prohibit an employer from reducing an at-will employee's hourly rate, provided the employee is paid at least minimum wage.
Can an employer change your pay rate without notice?
In most circumstances, you can't reduce an employee's pay unless the employee genuinely agrees. If you reduce an employee's remuneration without their agreement, this may result in a breach of contract.
Can an employer change you from salary to hourly without notice?
At-will employment doesn't just cover firing, however: An employer can also change the status of an at-will employee -- including, for example, the employee's hours, salary, title, job duties, worksite, and so on -- without notice and without cause.
Can my employer change my rate of pay?
Where this is not the case, your employer cannot reduce it without your agreement, as this would change the terms of your contract of employment. Again, you may agree to reduced wages, if, for example, the alternative may be reduced hours or redundancy in the current economic situation.
Do I have to accept a pay cut?
By law, employers cannot unilaterally cut an employee's pay. No one can force you to take a pay cut, so you could reject such an offer even if your fellow workers accept.
Can you lower a person's wage?
If an employer cuts an employee's pay without telling him, it is considered a breach of contract. Pay cuts are legal as long as they are not done discriminatory (i.e., based on the employee's race, gender, religion, and/or age). To be legal, a person's earnings after the pay cut must also be at least minimum wage.
Can salary be reduced in India?
In India, the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (the Act) governs such arbitrary reductions in salaries/wages of employees. To provide it a legal sanction any such reduction in salary and working hours should be effected only after working out a mutually beneficial agreement between employers and employees.
Can you reduce an exempt employee's salary?
The answer is yes. Under certain circumstances, an exempt employee's salary can be reduced, according to the U.S. Department of Labor. In order for the exempt employee's salary reduction to be defensible, it should be: Permanent. Applied to an entire group or class of employees.
