This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise.
My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.

What do you like best?
We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms.
What do you dislike?
Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software.

This tool was inexpensive and conmparable to any other apps that are PDF based. I had no issues learning and it has many tie ins with cloud based docs and desktop access. No limitations. Very happy

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

How do you Design a lease?
Landlord adds his or here Signature* by typing in the signature line, or writing in a signature, or uploading an image of the signature that has been saved on the computer. After signing, ezLandlordForms automatically emails the lease to the tenants, so that they may add their signatures.
Can I sign my lease electronically?
Yes, online leases are just as valid as paper and ink leases, and the signatures obtained online are as legally binding as those in-person. If you still feel uncomfortable, you can always print out a hard copy of the signed lease for your records.

Yes a property management is given the authority to act on behalf of the property owner as an agent of the owner and can do things like sign leases, negotiate rental rates and agreements, make repairs etc
