I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

Still on free trial period. Have used it twice and very easy to understand.
Filled in a large medical form of 6 pages and had no hassles
As I loaded it for my home use and probably will only use it occasionally I think the cost may be unjustifiable for me to continue with it which is a pity. But it is a good product

Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion.
This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements,
hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here!
I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm .

How do I find my customer file number?
This is an optional 10-digit number that can be created usually by third-parties that allow them to match a transcript to a taxpayer. The Customer File Number field will appear on the transcript when that number is entered on Line 5 of Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return and Form 4506T-EZ.

If you didn't pay all the tax you owe, your transcript may not be available until mid-May or a week after you pay the full amount owed. Refer to transcript availability for more information.
How can I get my tax transcripts fast?
Order Online. The fastest way to get a Tax Return or Account transcript is through the 'Get Transcript' tool available on IRS.gov.
Order by phone. You can also order by phone at 800-908-9946 and follow the prompts.
Order by mail.
What does an IRS transcript show?
IRS Definition: Tax Account Transcript shows basic data such as return type, marital status, adjusted gross income, taxable income and all payment types. It also shows changes made after you filed your original return. It doesn't indicate whether you were required to file a return for that year.
How do I get my IRS tax transcript?
Order online. Use the 'Get Transcript tool available on IRS.gov. There is a link to it under the red TOOLS bar on the front page.
Order by phone. The number to call is 800-908-9946.
