Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

Very user friendly. I had to contact support and they assisted me very quickly and sent me the correct form to use for an insurance claim I was working on. Looking forward to using this service again.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. Thank you, so much!

Surprised I had signed up for a year
It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again
Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

How do I get a USDA import permit?
Apply for a Permit via ePermits is a web-based system that allows users to submit import /interstate movement/transit/release permit applications, track applications, apply for renewals and amendments, and receive copies of their permits. APHID now accepts permit applications online through permits.
How long does it take to get a USDA permit?
Successfully obtaining a USDA permit can take 1-6 weeks. This depends on the complexity of the product and the ingredients involved. Some applications require significantly more correspondence with USDA than others. Expedited applications can take less time, but they are more expensive to obtain.
How much does it cost to get a USDA license?
Licensing involves a yearly fee. Registration is free. The owner, operator, or manager has responsibility for knowing about licensing or registration requirements. Addition to the annual license fee, an application fee of $10 must be paid with all new license applications.
How do I get a plant import permit?
Plants. Usually an import permit is issued after post-entry quarantine arrangements have been made. Therefore, you must carefully check if your plants enter a government post-entry quarantine (PEN) facility or is undergoing post-entry quarantine at an approved arrangement site on arrival.
How do I import plants into the US?
Plants must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin showing that the plants meet entry requirements for the United States. Plants should be bare rooted (no growing media attached to the roots). You should perform a basic visual inspection of plants.
