Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

How old does someone have to be to sign a contract?
In all states, the age requirement to sign a contract is 18 years of age. A child under the age of 18 is considered a minor and is unable to sign a contract unless it is for essential items.
Can a 17-year-old sign a gym contract?
Without consensus there can be no agreement, and therefore no contract. For example, a well-known gym contracts with a 17-year-old and in signing the agreement, the gym states that as long as the new member remains on his current contract, he will always pay the student rate (notwithstanding inflation of course).
Can a minor sign a gym contract?
You should contact the gym and let them know that you are a minor and would like to get out of the agreement. A contract signed by a minor is not legally binding.

How old do you have to be to sign up for a gym membership? 16 years old is standard, if you intend to work out on your own. 1315 years old can join but only if they have a doctors note and work with a trainer.
What happens if you sign a contract under 18?
Minors. People under the age of 18 may not be able to sign legal contracts. However, minors can be bound to contracts that someone has created for their benefit.
Can a 17-year-old sign a contract UK?
In the UK, a legal presumption exists that entitles anyone to enter into a contract unless an exception applies. One of those exceptions is in the case of a minor. Since 1969 the age of contractual capacity for individuals has been set at 18 and reaching the age of 18 is known as attaining 'majority'.
Can minor enter into valid contract?
Minors (those under the age of 18, in most states) lack the capacity to make a contract. So a minor who signs a contract can either honor the deal or void the contract. There are a few exceptions, however. For example, in most states, a minor cannot void a contract for necessities like food, clothing, and lodging.
