2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

It was just what i was looking for...im not very computer literate but WAS NOT hard to learn. I do think a few features could be added or made easier. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST. Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... S***, unless you are in the business of "screw ups" "uh-oh"ers, the presidents Secretary for his twitter account...or a lawyer. I don't think you get enough time for the cost. And VERY UNSATISFIED with the small print that is located UNDER the nice AFFORDABLE FAKE SALE PRICE at the beginning of the website

Amazing product
Amazing product, absolutely wonderful people to work with as well. Amazing integrity as a company. Been billed 2 times by auto renewal when we didn't require the product and they credited within hours instead of using it as a gotcha to make $$ like most other companies.

This is a true time saver!!!
This is a true time saver!!!! Not real user friendly BUT if you stay with it you'll reach your goal of a completed form. After that, print off and take to or send to the Court. If you need to modify later you simply go back to your account and documents saved and make the changes.

How do I make a warranty for my product?
Follow the rules expressed in the Magnuson-Moss Act. Clarify what the warranty does and does not cover. State the length of time that the product is covered. Give customers the option to extend.
How do I request a warranty?
Ask the company to repair or replace the defective or broken product that should be enclosed with the letter you sent. Clarify to the company when the product was replaced and clarify what your warranty states. Enclose a sales receipt and a copy of the warranty in case there are any doubts or questions.
How do I write a letter requesting warranty?
Write all the details about the warranty, the product, the warranty period, number, etc. Write the exact issues precisely what the product is, what has happened to it, etc. Write that the warranty period is not yet completed and hence you are entitled to a repair.
