Cheap, handy, available on all my devices. Billing department works very fast and efficient.

What do you like best?
The features and tools of PDF filler editor are really perfect.
I can describe it as a strongest online PDF editor in comparison with another services.
With this service you dont need any expensive PDF editor softwares like Adobe Acrobat on your own system.
What do you dislike?
Some fonts and non-Latin languages not supported.

I have used it for filling official forms and I am satisfied.

What do you like best?
The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents.
What do you dislike?
The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary.

It's cheaper than Adobe. It gets the job done and has many options for filling out PDFs. I use it mostly for the Army National Guard and now as a substitute teacher.

What is a receipt affidavit?
The Missing Receipt Affidavit should be used when the merchant has not provided a receipt or a duplicate receipt cannot be obtained. By using the Affidavit, you are stating that the related expense is in compliance with University Policy and qualifies as a legitimate business expense.
How do I add a missing receipt affidavit in concur?
1. From within your expense report, click the Receipts link, and select Missing Receipt Affidavit. 2. From the screen that pops up, SE- left the expenses the Missing Re- Capt Affidavit is for, review the acknowledgement, and click Accept and Create.
Why do you need receipts for expense reports?
The employer requires that the paper receipts and expense reports contain information sufficient to substantiate the amount, date, time, place, and business purpose of each expense.
Are receipts required for expense reports?
The IRS does not require that you keep receipts, canceled checks, credit card slips, or any other supporting documents for entertainment, meal, gift or travel expenses that cost less than $75. You do need receipts for these expenses, even if they are less than $75.
Can I claim expenses without a receipt?
Generally, you can't make tax claims without receipts. All of your claimed business expenses on your income tax return need to be supported with original documents, such as receipts. And the CRA expects actual receipts for your business expenses, not bank or credit card statements.
Do bank statements count as receipts?
Acceptable receipts for the IRS include but are not limited to cash receipts, bank statements, cancelled checks and pay stubs. When you incur the qualified expense by credit card, the IRS requires a statement that shows the transaction date, the payee's name and the amount you paid.
Do I need to keep physical receipts?
The IRS has always accepted physical receipts for audit and record-keeping purposes. As of 1997, the IRS accepts scanned and digital receipts as valid records for tax purposes. In other words, digital receipts are acceptable as long as you can deliver a copy of them to the IRS when necessary.
