Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

Good Features but you have to nothing is for free
I was so delighted by how easy and intuitive this pdf editor is to use.
You upload a word doc you want to convert to pdf or a pdf file that you want to edit. You edit and are very impressed.
Until I tried to save.
It's browser based but it basically does everything you wish you can do to a pdf file. The interface is very intuitive and can get you going n the first sitting.
It will let you edit but you will be unable to save your work until you subscribe.
Not another free trial!
