The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. This product is fantastic! It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look. It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team. The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done. The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

PDFiller I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out. Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. What do you like best? The ease of deleting, adding and reorganizing worksheets in various units of study. What do you dislike? Sometimes when having to edit the same PDF to set it up to where there is only one student's report in a PDF at a time. It saved over the original document and I would have to reupload it. Recommendations to others considering the product: None, just that it can be a huge time saver for a teacher being able to edit PDFs for the classroom. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The big one has been being able to send individual progress reports to students. Our gradebook system does not save them in separate PDFs, it saves them all in one so being able to use PDF to separate them and save them individually saves me time.

I will be back! I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!
