Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I paid for a year, doubtful I'll use it more than a few times. Would have preferred a "This Time Only" charge. But I like the ease of the product.

How do I keep my existing phone number?
Call or text your current provider to request a mobile PAC code. A PAC code should be given to you immediately over the phone or within two hours by text. Contact your new network and give them the PAC code. Check the SIM works in your phone and the new number has ported across.
Can you keep the same phone number with a new SIM card?
Yes, you can. If you move from one network to another then you need to ask your old network for a PAC code, and give it to your new network within 30 days. Your new network will port your mobile number over to your new SIM.
Can you keep the same number with a new SIM card?
You can change the SIM card with the same number on the same carrier. Just ask them for a replacement SIM card. The old card will stop working and the new SIM becomes the one that works. You can do that when you lose a SIM card or if it suffers from physical damage.
Can I get a new SIM card but keep my old number?
First: DO NOT cancel your existing mobile service, as this will mean you won't be able to port your number. After you receive your new SIM card (or SIM card and phone), you'll need to activate it. Doing this begins the process of transferring your number.
How can I change my SIM card without changing my number?
Send “PORT your 10digit mobile number” to 1900. You will receive a unique code. Go to the mobile operator to which you want to switch and show the unique code and get a SIM card.
Can I get my old phone number back?
Call your phone service provider within 30 days of canceling your phone number or it being disconnected. Although phone numbers can typically be recycled as soon as they are released, they are rarely taken in less than 30 days.
How do I transfer my phone number to a new carrier?
Do not cancel your service with your current carrier before contacting your new provider. Once you have decided which carrier, plan and cell phone you want to go for, contact your new provider. If you want to keep your device, you may also need to provide your phone's ESN/IMEI number.
How do I transfer my phone number to another carrier?
To keep your mobile number and transfer it to another network, you need to request what's called a Porting Authorization Code (PAC) from your old provider and then let your new provider know the code. They will then schedule the switch.
