This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

What do you like best?
I like the erase tool the best. I find PDF Filler to be much easier to use than Adobe.

The only thing I would change about PDF filler (or maybe I just haven't figured it out yet) - it doesn't seem to correct the leveling of the sheet if it was scanned in a little crooked.

PDF filler is making my job a lot easier with forms that I use constantly but that are in PDF format and not Word. No one can read my handwriting, so this tool makes everything I do look legible and professional.

Great software
Excellent, the software is very easy to set up and use and gives me all the functions that I need to edit documents.
Ease of use. It allows us to edit documents easily and send them out to clients for signature.
Lack of choice of fonts. When you edit a document, the font is automatically changed, meaning you have to change the font throughout the document.

Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

By my own ineptitude I was having trouble printing a document. I thought I had to upgrade and then found out I didn't have to. So I reached out to get a refund and keep my original subscription and got that refund in MINUTES! I am a VERY happy, satisfied subscriber! And, I'm getting better at it :)

Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. Can my employer keep my notary stamp?
A Notary's obligation is to the state and public, not the employer, and the journal and seal stamp depart with the Notary. California and Florida specify in their laws that employers may not take possession of a Notary's seal when a Notary leaves employment, no matter who paid for the Notary's commission.
Can you notarize for your company?
Can an employee notarize documents for an employer? Yes. A notary public who will not benefit from the transaction in excess of his normal salary and benefits can notarize the signature of his or her employer.
Who can a notary not notarize for?
A notary public who has a direct or indirect financial (or other beneficial) interest in a document may not notarize such a document. The better practice is not to notarize for a spouse or family member in order to preserve the integrity of the notarization and to prevent a challenge to the notarization.
Can an employer regulate when you can perform notarial acts during employment hours?
In California, the law allows a Notary and the Notary's employer to enter into an agreement limiting the performance of Notary services to transactions that affect the business purposes of the employer during working hours.

Are notaries essential employees?
According to the National Notary Association, notaries do provide an essential service. Notaries, like all residents in states like New York and California, have been ordered to minimize outside contact as much as possible. These states have ordered businesses that do not provide 'essential services' to close.
Can a notary sign a document with blank spaces?
In many states notarizing an incomplete document is illegal and should never be done. Even if it is not illegal in your state, leaving a blank space in the document can lead to dishonest business practices and potential lawsuits. Sometimes you may be asked to notarize a document when all the signers are not present.
When must a notary resign their commission?
If you want to resign your commission, send a letter to the Secretary of State and deliver all of your notarial records and papers to the county in which your current oath of office is on file within 30 days and destroy your seal. (California Government Code section 8209.)
