I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

Great value and product
Program was formatted well and easy to use for the most part. I was able to complete my revisions within no time and get it to our clients!
I had a few issues with figuring out how to use certain features and how to save the file in a certain format.

What are warranties of title?

In addition, a warranty of title may be used to guarantee that no other party has copyright, patent or trademark rights in the property being transferred.
Is a warranty deed the same as a title?
Paired with title insurance, your warranty deed guarantees that the granter is the rightful owner and transfers these rights and title to you as the grantee or new owner of the property. With a warranty deed, your title is clear. However, both the warranty and quitclaim deeds are not sales documents by any means.
