Just got the PDFfiler installed and it was easy to work and save. So far have a problem with printing or faxing the document to court. I have not learned all the works to the program yet, I'm sure that the reason.

Service only needed once I'm in my 89th year and only needed to send in the form once...I didn't know that I was subscribing to ongoing service. I live on Social Security supplemented by savings so I can't afford $96 per year for a service I only needed once. Thank you for the time I did need you.

Get a Release. The most important paper to complete your homeownership is a satisfaction of mortgage or release of lien. File the Release. Your lender should file a copy of the release or satisfaction with whatever agency recorded the original deed. Contact Your Lender. Hold the Document.
