I will always use this program as my go to for any document we're bring to the web!

How do I make SimCity 4 full screen?
Go to how you launch the game (steam, desktop shortcut etc) and right click and go to properties. Once there you'll see (I'm going by my steam launcher) a target line with If you mean full screen as in your game launches windowed then try adding -f at the end of the launch properties from above.
