I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

Very usable
It was easy to get started and the options were not too hard to locate
erasing is only left and right, the replace text field is not easy to use and it could be easier to just email a copy of a doc

I like that I can recreate forms and make them to where they can just be filled in through the computer
It was a little bit hard to figure out exactly how to get started with it but once I did it was easy

Easy addition
This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

How do I access my transcript?
Contact your individual school. If you are currently enrolled in high school, the best way to request your transcripts is to request them from your school. You can usually request your transcripts from your high school's registrar, student services, or student counseling office.
How long does it take Sofas to process transcripts?
See Sending Official Transcripts to SOPHOS for more details. Monitor your application to ensure your transcripts are received. On average, it takes up to seven business days from the date we receive your transcripts to post them to your application.
How long does it take Sofas to verify?
Because the majority of applicants are submitting around the same time to make the priority deadline, it may take four to six weeks for SOPHOS to verify your app.
How long does it take Sofas to send application?
Remember, once your application is considered COMPLETE, it can take up to FOUR WEEKS for it to be processed and mailed to your programs. Therefore, to ensure your application is mailed on time, ALL MATERIALS should arrive at SOPHOS at least four weeks prior to your earliest deadline.
How do I find my Sofas GPA?
A: To view your SOPHOS Gas, login to your SOPHOS web application and select the GPA option towards the right of the screen. To determine what classes are included in the SOPHOS Gas, go to the Coursework section in your application.
What is Sofas application?
What is SOPHOS? SOPHOS, the centralized application service for schools and programs of public health, simplifies the process of applying to public health programs. You start by selecting the programs you wish to apply to, then you submit one application that includes all necessary materials.
How do I send transcripts to Sofas?
A: An official transcript is issued from the Office of the Registrar, contains an official seal or signature of the registrar and a watermark, and is sent to SOPHOS directly from the Registrar in a sealed envelope. Transcripts that are issued directly to students and then forwarded to SOPHOS are not acceptable.
How do I send my transcripts to Pharma?
Login to your Pharma application and select the Academic History quadrant. Click the Download Transcript Request Form under each school you listed and print each form. Contact the registrar at each institution you attended and request one transcript be sent to Pharma.
