You have to carefully choose where to type, the format functions are limited and the printing is a little awkward as you cannot alter the margins. However, it is easy to use.

How do you insert a comment?
Select the text or item that you want to comment on, or click to insert the cursor near the text that you want to comment on. On the Review tab, under Comments, click New. Type the comment text in the comment balloon.
How do you show comments on pages?
Click in the toolbar, then choose Show Comments or Hide Comments. Choose View > Comments & Changes > Show Comments or Hide Comments (from the View menu at the top of your screen).
How do you add comments in pages?
Select text or click where you want to add a comment, then click Comment in the toolbar. A comment appears. Enter your comment, then click outside the comment to dismiss it. Do any of the following: Read a comment: Move the pointer over the comment.

Select text, an object, or a table cell, tap. In the shortcut bar above the keyboard, then tap Comment. Type your comment, then tap Done. To view, edit, or delete your comment, do one of the following: Open a comment: Tap the comment marker.

Access the Print menu. From the Settings drop-down menu, select List of Markup. Click Print. Review the printed document. Access the Print menu again. From the Settings drop-down menu, select Custom Print. Enter the pages that contain changes. Click Print.

If the review toolbar is showing above your document, you can also click Track Changes in the toolbar. , then choose Turn Off Tracking.
