Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

It is really good, I hate forms, who doesn't but this made the chances of my cat getting kicked much smaller.

Why is my food stamp card not working?
If your DEBT card is Lost or Stolen Call customer service right away at (877) 328-9677. If your DEBT card is damaged, and it does not work (cannot be read) at retail or ATM locations, you should request a replacement DEBT card as soon as possible.
Why does my DEBT card say invalid?
The two primary things that would make an DEBT card invalid (what I would define as 'unusable') are no longer being eligible for the benefits the card is provided for, and if you were to report the card lost or stolen.
Why does my DEBT card say invalid number?
Q: I am getting an Invalid Card Number error. A: This means that the number is not matching up with any valid accounts when we send it for processing. Make sure that: If the card is a debit card, make sure it is a check card with a credit card logo on it.
What do I do if my DEBT card is locked?
You will be unable to make additional attempts until after midnight if you are locked out of your DEBT card. If you cannot remember your PIN or do not want to wait until after midnight to attempt to access your benefits, you can immediately select a new PIN by calling 800-997-7777.
Why is my DEBT card deactivated?
Deactivated/Cancelled: the current DEBT Card has been deactivated by support staff of the DEBT Unit because the client is deceased, incarcerated, or returned the card because they did not want benefits. A replacement DEBT Card cannot be ordered from DEBT Customer Service when an DEBT Card is deactivated/cancelled.
