Worked well. Forgot that I had signed up for a free trail. The annual subscription fee hit may bank account, then I remembered! Hell, since I'm paying for it, I might as well use the program.It worked really well! LOL!!

When I tried to sign in from a new home…
When I tried to sign in from a new home computer, after I put in my email and password, a box flashed with information in the top right of my screen. It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.

Had an unknown charge from pdf filler on my credit card, contacted them and they were very helpfully clearing up the charge it had been my wife who had subscribed to them but she has since passed away they cancelled subscription and gave full refund

How do you fill out a Lady Bird deed?

How much does it cost to file a Lady Bird deed?
Creating a lady bird deed is very inexpensive. In fact, the approximate do-it-yourself cost is only $30. Professional assistance is also very affordable, and on average, costs between $200 and $400. This includes drafting the deed and filing it with the local register of deeds.
Where can I get a Lady Bird deed?
Lady Bird deeds are currently only authorized in Florida, Michigan, Texas, Vermont, and West Virginia. Approximately half of the U.S. states have what is called a transfer on death (TOD) or beneficiary deed, which is similar to, and may be preferable to, a Lady Bird deed.
Does a Lady Bird deed supersede a will?
A properly written, signed and filed Enhanced Life Estate Deed does supersede the terms of the owner's Will, so long as the granter has not exercised the retained right to reclaim ownership while living. Further, under the Deed title to the property passes to the grantee without needing to go through probate.
What do you do with a lady bird's death deed?
After the owner's death, the default beneficiary only has to record the death certificate and file a Property Transfer Affidavit with the local assessor. (If a default beneficiary plans to use the property as his or her own residence, he or she should also apply for a Principal Residence Exemption for property taxes.)

As with many legal documents, the Lady Bird Deed must have the signature of the granter(s) and the signature of the granter must be witnessed by two individuals and all the signatures must be notarized.
Do I need a Lady Bird deed?
A Lady Bird deed can be useful if the granter may someday want to apply for Medicaid to pay for long-term nursing care. To qualify for Medicaid, the value of your assets needs to be below certain limits. A Lady Bird deed avoids probate, so the home is not part of the probate estate and Medicaid cannot go after it.
Is a Lady Bird deed revocable?
A lady bird deed sets up a less flexible arrangement than a trust. When a lady bird deed is used, property taxes will be uncapped upon the death of the done of the power of appointment, unlike transfers directly into a revocable trust and (after the owner's death) out of the trust to close family members.
