I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form. How do you fill out a home school transcript?

Official vs. An unofficial transcript is a copy that the student has access to and sends for themselves. In either case, your home school transcript does NOT need to be notarized unless the college specifically requests it.
