I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler is extremely easy to use and navigate. I've never experienced any lag or difficulties in using the software. Signatures are easy, dates are easy to inpute.
What do you dislike?
You don't get to really choose where files are saved when you download them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've been able to easily fill out and save consolidation agreements, settlement letters, and anything else that I need and don't have time to print out and sign just to have to scan it in. It's definitely a time saver!

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Great Product
Great Product. For years I've sought out a decent option for filling forms and signing them, as an enduser, not a provider of the document. This was very easy to do. I needed my husband's signature on it and the fact that I was able to send him a notification and had him sign from his phone REALLY made my day. AWESOME!!!

Where do you register a lease agreement?
In order to register a rent agreement above 11 months duration, you need to get the agreement printed along with the applicable e-stamp and get it registered with the office of Sub-registrar. The registration will require following documents to be submitted: Ownership proof of the property.
How do I register a lease agreement?
Getting the agreement signed by the owner and tenant in the presence of two witnesses. The two witnesses should also be signing and attesting the document. Getting the document registered at the nearest Sub-Registrar office after paying due registration charges.
Is it compulsory to register lease agreement?
According to the Registration Act, 1908, lease agreement registration is mandatory if the leasing period is 12 months or more than that. If a rent agreement is registered then it is also mandatory to pay registration fee and stamp duty.
What if rent agreement is not registered?
Non-Registered Agreement: If the rent/lease agreement that you are preparing is for a period of less than 12 months, then, you are A non-registered agreement can be prepared on Rs 50 or Rs 100 Stamp paper issued by the state. Once, the document is prepared, it is notarized by the local notary.
How do I make a shop lease agreement?
Prepare and verify the contents of the contract. Print the verified document on stamp paper of recommended value. Place the names and signatures of landlord, tenant and witnesses in designated places.
