It's very good the only thing about it is you can't copy and paste because the words will go off the documents also the little box you can type in be off so it makes the documents look odd

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. This little program is life-changing.
This little program is life-changing. Needing to continuously reproduce docs from old paperwork and (business) historical documents is insanely time consuming. Retyping, reformatting you name it. Sometimes OCR software doesn't cut it. With this program, I've cut my frustration time by 90%. My production time is a breeze. The remaining 10% is my learning curve, but I"m figuring out more as I go, and when stuck? Kara is in chat to figure it and me out. Done.

Still to early to tell. Until now, all I can say is that the text types could adjust more to the real ones and it could have an option to copy-paste fields through the document. Moving boxes is not that easy, either. Bur overrall it's been great.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.

I'm a student and used the free trial. It was quite easy to use. In addition to that, I forgot to cancel my subscription, but they had an online chat that handled that quickly and efficiently which was very appreciated. Overall a good experience.
