How do I number pages in a letter?

Letter Numbering Convention One may simply put the page number at the top-center of the page, while others may list the addressee at the top-left, the page number at the top-center and the date on the top-right.

How do you continue a letter on the second page?

To Format a Multiple Page Letter Properly Go down three spaces or so from the page header on page two (or any other continuation sheet) and then continue your letter from the previous page. Try to leave at least two lines on the first page if you must divide a paragraph between pages.

Does the second page of a letter go on letterhead?

First page letterhead typically includes the logo and address of the company you represent. As you can imagine, this letterhead is used for the first page of the letter.
