Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. The fact that the software does not offer a reasonable and affordable way for my assistant to access account and complete routine tasks

What do you like best?
The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

Signing PDFs with ease. Being able to access and edit a pdf no matter where I am as long as I have internet access, even if I don't have my computer with me and/or don't have access to my cloud storage.

It is actually free helfpful without ads
It is actually free and I don't have to put in a card before, and there are no ads it feels illegal with all the other sites doing only 10% of what this one does and asks you to sign up for months

I am happy that i can convert the documents from PDF to Word and save them or email them. I would appreciate it if there are options to have colored pen i.e. blue and different colors, and not only a black one.

Great! I was able to create documents for childcare that are able to be sent electronically to reduce unnecessary contact while the COVID-19 spread continues.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
