What do you like best?
We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.
What do you dislike?
We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.

Great program and awesome customer service
This program did above and beyond what I needed to accomplish for my pdf files that I needed to urgently edit. Signed up for the free trial and had no issues cancelling the subscription service when contacting the customer service for assistance. Should my work orientate around paper work and documents, I would most definitely pay for this service with peace of mind knowing that this service values it's customers.

Easy to use online PDF editor
This is an easy to use app, which allows the editing of PDF files from any source with multiple tools to work on any pdf document of the company, it is a solution for filling out forms, it allows inserting comment or image. I can also combine, divide and reorder, cut, place header and footer, watermark text or image in my documents and has a preview panel. As it is an online editor it does not consume resources on my pc and it is compatible with all browsers
You can edit documents from any device but it is mandatory to have an internet connection to use it, so you can not have it as the only editing tool.

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. How do you align a PDF?
To align text in PDF form, you can click on the “Form” button. Then click on the “Form Field Recognition” button on the right side toolbar. Move the cursor to select the text content, and then you can align text in PDF form under the “Align” menu on the right side of the main interface.
