This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Click 'Lists' in the top menu.

Click 'Sign Up Forms' tab.
Click 'Embedded Forms' option.
Fill in the required details.
Copy the code from the 'Copy/paste onto your site' area.
How do I create a sign up form?
On the Dashboard menu, select Contacts.
Now, click on Sign up Forms form the Dashboard menu.
Then, click on the Create New Sign up Form button on the right-side of the page.
Select the Popup Form style and click Next.
Give your form a name and select a contact list.
