What do you like best?
Such fillable forms usually cost $700 for a year's service. This is less than $150 per year. Easy to use and effective.
What do you dislike?
Some of the protocols are cumbersome. For instance, when you want a standard form, it makes you go through a process instead of taking you right to the form.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

It is good but follwoing features may… It is good but follwoing features may make it much better1. Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.

The card reading company kept declining… The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!

Click Markup > Pen > Highlight (H). Hold down the Ctrl key and draw a line over the text you want to highlight. Draw a straight line by holding down the Ctrl and Shift keys.
Select the Highlighter tool using one of the following methods: Go to Markup > Pen > Arrow. ... To highlight text (“text mode”), click and drag over a block of text or double-click a single word. ... To create a free-form highlight (“pen mode”), click and drag over the desired area.
Go to Edit > Select > Select Text (Shift’T) or click the Select Text button in the Navigation Bar. Hold down the Ctrl key, then click and drag to draw a rectangle around the text. The selected text will have a temporary blue highlight. Right-click on the selection text and click Highlight Selected Text.
The highlighting tool only works if there is real text content and not an image of text. You use the “Drawing Markups” “line” tool and then use the “Properties” for the drawn line to set the size in points of the line, and to opacity of the line to make it look like a highlighter.
Most likely because the file is composed of images (possibly scans) and does not contain any “real” text. If you can't select the text with the text selection tool then you can't highlight it, either. Use other markup tools, like the Square tool, instead.
