Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

So easy to use not being rejected
My bank required my signature not an electronic signature. Maybe if I used my signature on pdf format I will try that next time.

Wish we had a phone number to speak to customer service directly. I am old school and like to get directions with a call otherwise you have a great service.

What do you like best?
The most helpful thing about pdfFiller is that I can take a pdf document and add text or highlight text effortlessly. It is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing to complain about with pdfFiller by airSlate. It saves me so much time there is literally nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pdfFiller by airSlate is solving problems when I needed to make changes to a pdf document and it was so hard to do without it looking jumbled until I found pdfFiller. It has saved me so much time and my documents come out looking so much cleaner and professional.

Just what I have been looking for
Just what I have been looking for. Very easy to operate once you get the swing of it. Typing over erasures may be a bit tricky, but you have to insert text in a blank space and then you will be abe to move your text over the erasure without any difficulty.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

How do you line up the front and back of a print?
Click the File tab. Click Print. Under Settings, click Print One Sided. If Print on Both Sides is available, your printer is set up for duplex printing.
How do I set double-sided printing margins?
Select Layout or Page Layout > Margins. Under Multiple Pages, choose Mirrored. Select OK.
How do you print double-sided cards?
Print out both sides of the card, then cut out the cards. Get a clean sheet of paper and cut a hole in it the same size as the card. Tape the cards into the hole in the paper back to back so that one card is visible on each side of the paper. Duplex copy in color and cut out your two-sided card.
How do you print a front and back card?
Click the File > Print. In the Printer list, select the printer you want to use. In Settings, choose Print on Both Sides Flip sheets on long edge. In the Preview pane, use the Front/Back Transparency slider to be sure that the front and the back of the postcards are both right side up.
How do I print a double-sided card in Word?
Open the Word document that you wish to print double-sided. Click on the option Copies and Pages so that a drop-down menu appears. Select the Finishing option. From the Print Style dropdown, select 2-Sided Printing. To print regular (Portrait) double-sided, select Long-Edge (Left) from the Binding dropdown.
How do you print half and front on back?
Press the menu button in the top-right corner of the window and press the Print button. Go to the Page Setup tab of the Print window and choose an option from the Two-sided drop-down list. You can print more than one page of the document per side of paper too. Use the Pages per side option to do this.
