The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

It think it can be very useful once I get the hang of it. Disappointed that for a yearly subscription of $72.00 you don't get access to the erase feature. This feature is even free online. Do consider and include it.

I love the program. I could wish it had some other features for editing the existing documents but for what I generally need (real estate forms) it is fantastic!

How do I link an application to Hockey?
Follow the steps to sign in to your online account or create a new one. In your account, under What would you like to do today?, click on Link application to this account Enter the information exactly as you did you on your original application.
How do I link my PR card to an application?
Login into your CIC account as you usually do. Reach the page where you click “Check full application status” to view your application and messages. But do not click on that rather click on Add (link) your application to your account” Select the “Category” from the dropdown as “Permanent Resident Card”
How can I check my PR card status?
Online application If you applied for your visa online, sign in to your account to check your application status. Click check status and messages under the View my submitted applications or profiles section.
How long does it take to get a PR card after landing?
How long will I have to wait before I receive my PR Card? Generally, it takes about 45 days to process PR cards for new permanent residents once IRCC receives a complete application package from individuals who have fulfilled their residency requirements. Applications for renewed PR Cards generally take 104 days.
