It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. The learning curve is fairly easy and short. Still learning features as I go. I use the program every two weeks and generate four documents each time. I've been able to look up every document that I have needed and able to open and edit and print. There are occasions that he document will cut off part of the header or will not allign the text correctly. However, that's about 3% (or less) of the time.

I would prefer that the fill in templates be free of charge. The one used is great and I would hope to find another one as such. Easy to use formatting and site.

I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.
What do you dislike?
The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.
