I am happy with how to fill out the health claim form template. It is user-friendly and reliable. It is a little slow to open documents and I waste some time looking for the right one. I don't like the organization system and I haven't figured out Templates. I am not looking for a practice management system so I like buying only what I need. Overall, I like the app and I paid for a year subscription.

What do you like best?
Easy to learn and easy to use. I use it for filling in permit application forms from the county agencies we need to apply for permits from. They are extremely frustrating in redundancy, asking for the same information over and over. PDFFiller makes it easy to fill out these forms.
What do you dislike?
Some of the buttons seem a little clunky but they are easy to use.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Double-click the header or footer area (near the top or bottom of the page) to open the Header & Footer tab. Select Link too Previous to turn off the link between the sections. Select Header or Footer and do one of the following: Choose Remove Header or Remove Footer near the bottom of the menu.
To insert a new header or footer without altering the one you've already inserted, navigate to the bottom of the last page before your new header or footer, and from the Layout tab (or the Page Layout tab) select Breaks, Next Page as pictured below.
Click in the header or footer. Click Link To Previous located on the Design Tools tab of Header and Footer Tools in the Header and Footer workspace, to turn off the link. Type a blank or a new section header or footer.
Double-click a footer that follows a section break. A tab labeled “Same as Previous” appears above its right side. Click “Design” in the Word ribbon. Click “Link to Previous” in the ribbon's Navigation group to deselect it.
Using sections, you can have a different header on each page of your document or on different groups of pages. When you want a different header on a page, go to the Breaks' menu on the Page Layout tab and select Next Page. With the cursor in the new section, activate the page header and add content.
Select the text or object you want to use as a hyperlink. Right-click and then click Hyperlink. Under Link to, click Place in This Document. In the list, select the heading or bookmark that you want to link to.
To do it, just double-click the header or footer on the page after the break. On the Design tab of the Ribbon, click the Link to Previous button to turn that option back on. Word warns you that you'll be deleting the current header or footer, and replacing it with the header or footer from the previous section.
