I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

I needed a lease extension form quickly.

What are the rules for W9?
A Form W-9 must be completed by one party and furnished to a second party if the second party is going to furnish specific types of payments in the future. Most broadly, Form W-9 must be filled out by independent contractors that perform work for another party with which they are not employed.
How should a single member LLC fill out a W9?
Single member LLC or Partnership filing under the name of the partner, use your SSN, or EIN--however you file taxes. Put your name on the first line, and business name on Line 2. LLC or corporation filing under the business name, please put the business name on Line 1 and leave line 2 blank.
Can you fill out a W9 by yourself?
Yes. If you are an independent contractor without a business, you will still need to fill out a W-9 as an individual, a sole proprietor, or a single-member LLC. Simply fill under your name and SSN to file form W-9 without a business.
