The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

This program is SO easy to use and Efficient when you need to fill out forms for work but you cannot physically get to work to turn them in!

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. I used it for a marketing class, and it made the entire process seamless and straightforward. When I encountered a billing issue, the support team resolved it promptly—even during a holiday weekend! A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).

EXCELLENT customer support
