I AM A TAX PREPARER SO YOU CAN IMAGINE AT THE BUSIEST TIME HAVING TO RUSH AND GO BUY FORMS OR ORDER ONLINE, IT WAS EASY VERY SELF EXPLANATORY. WOULD LIKE TO SEE ADDITIONAL FEATURES, SAVE THE EIN NUMBER, PREFILL THE SS AND MEDICARE WHEN YOU PUT IN THE AGI.

can be a little tricky to set up at first but I do love the ease of having a form filled out and emailed rather than printing, hand writing and then scanning to save to the cloud!

Form-Filler Heaven
1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. A good all rounder for filling pdfs and signing forms
pdfFiller is a useful tool that lets me fill, sign and send client contracts
I like being able to add text to pdf forms, then email,download or print the completed forms
I have to be honest, it's a bit clunky and takes some getting used to

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF…
Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF in Adobe Acrobat to change my address with the IRS. Did it painlessly in PDF Filler. Thank you!

Assure that the person who set the appointment is the rightful owner of the property. Research current and past market activity. Know your competition. Have all documentation at the ready.

Agree with others, casual dress is fine. Wear nice shoes meaning serviceable, not broken down scuffed up unpolished, they don't need to be expensive. Might search “clothes to wear” there is a longer thread on dress for women and men. Needs to be appropriate, be conservative.

Once you have found the property, near the bottom, after the description, you will find the listing agents details. Every property listed or syndicated on Zillow shows the Listing agent, the company, and the source of that listing.
