My forms are stored and I can retype the information for the up coming renewals with applications for Insurance both Liability and Property and Specialty insurance
I would like that PDFiller would have a storage data for my forms that I can go back to each year for each of my clients and update for the new year, thus redosing my retyping of information on the Acord Form.

Very easy to navigate and the files (png images) actually convert to a PDF with the correct size, unlike other sites I paid for and was unsatisfied with the resulting PDF. Thanks!

I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me.
I like PDFfiller very much.

Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.

What is the difference between an open listing and an exclusive listing?
An exclusive agency listing is similar to an open listing except the major difference is the broker will represent the owners. The owners still reserve the right to sell the property themselves and not pay a commission.
What does a listing agreement contain?
A real estate listing agreement needs to include certain information in order to be valid. A valid listing agreement should contain: The start date and end date of when the property will be posted in the listing. The price at which the home is going to be offered up for sale (i.e., the list price)
What is the purpose of a listing agreement?
A listing agreement is an employment contract between a property owner and a real estate broker. The listing agreement grants the real estate broker the authority to act as the owner's agent (also known as a listing agent) in the sale of the property.
What statement must be included in all listing agreements?
At a minimum, a listing agreement should contain a property description, state the required terms of sale, establish the scope o the broker's authority, and include a promise of compensation. An exclusive agency or exclusive right to sell listing must also have a termination date.
Does a listing agreement need to be in writing?
Under the provisions of real estate license laws, only a broker can act as an agent to list, sell or rent another person's real estate, and in most states, listing agreements must be in writing.
How do I get out of a listing agreement?
Re-read the listing contract that you signed with your agent. Look for verbiage such as cancellation or termination. Many contracts allow you, the seller, to cancel the listing without penalty, as long as the agent agrees to cancel it, too.
Can you cancel a listing agreement?
Answer six: You can 'fire' your agent at any time if they agree to release you from the listing. You can cancel a listing contract at any time if you are not satisfied with your Realtor. Commission is not paid until a house sells.
How can a seller get out of a real estate contract?
A signed real estate transaction contract is a legally binding document, so if a seller wants to back out after the contract is signed, they stand to risk being exposed to certain legal ramifications. In such cases, a court can order the completion of the sale, despite the seller wanting to back out.
