VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.

What must a listing agreement include?
At a minimum, a listing agreement should contain a property description, state the required terms of sale, establish the scope o the broker's authority, and include a promise of compensation. A listing agreement will terminate on its expiration date or when the sale of the property closes.
What is on a listing agreement?
A listing agreement is a document in which a property owner contracts with a real estate broker to find a buyer for the owner's property. The owner executes the listing agreement to give a real estate broker the authority to act as the owner's agent in the sale of the owner's property.
Who must sign a listing agreement?
A competent listing broker will sign the listing agreement and demand that anyone who has an interest in real estate as the owner sign the listing agreement. Obvious examples would include anyone of record as an owner of the property and likely are the people on the instrument of ownership, i.e., the deed.
Which listing agreement is the most commonly used?
An exclusive right to sell listing is the most widely-used listing agreement. Under this agreement, the broker has the exclusive right to market the property for a specified period of time.
Does a listing agreement have to be in writing?
Under the provisions of real estate license laws, only a broker can act as an agent to list, sell or rent another person's real estate, and in most states, listing agreements must be in writing.

To be enforceable, the offers and acceptances must be in writing (Statute of Frauds, Common Law)and signed by the parties agreeing to the contract.
