I like it but felt that my "free trial" was a bit of a scam. I spent hours on a document, learning your program but was unable to print it. I don't like being "forced" into purchasing a product.

PDF FILLER
I have used this for payroll and accounting documents at work and for personal use as well. I have not had any trouble using it at all.
The ease of use if wonderful. I love how much more professional documents look when using the PDF Filler than hand writing. That is another thing I love about this software - you can do it all on the computer/laptop and just attach to an email if you need to send it to someone or print for the files if that's what is needed.
I don't believe I have anything I don't like about it!! Who like hand writing forms??

Useful form creation and library tools
Makes confirming client changes and work ideas more fluid with notifications of form signing. Wide tool set and excellent selection of preexisting forms.
So many forms and flexibility to edit and create and cross share forms with clients, and the addition of the iOS app makes for a great always on solution and current information.
Price is ok, for single users but for larger firms it may be a consideration. So far no other issues

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named *** and within 5 minutes, *** had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, *** fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. ***** customer support!
