I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

What is load settlement?
Load settlement is the process of allocating energy consumption at the site level on an hourly basis. The site level allocations are assigned to retailers based on customer enrollment. Load settlement activities are completed in accordance with the Settlement System Code (AUC Rule 021).
What does settlement load mean?
Settlement in a structure refers to the distortion or disruption of parts of a building due to. Unequal compression of its foundations; shrinkage, such as that which occurs in timber-framed buildings as the frame adjusts its moisture content; or. undue loads being applied to the building after its initial construction.
What is settlement load?
When the soil beneath a structure settles unevenly, it is called settlement load. Structures will sink and change shape when they experience settlement load. Deep Piles: Heavy concrete pillars, or piles, are used to support structures on soft soil.

A line load is an idealized load applied to a model by means of a line. In REM, forces and moments can be introduced into the model as line loads.
