Very Helpful Product
This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer.
The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

I can manage various professional documents with minimal difficulty---especially during these past few years, when electronic submissions replaced face to face meetings.

Nothing, really. All of the features are clear and easy to use.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. The permit itself is simply U.S. Postal Service, or USPS, permission to mail a certain way. When someone applies for a mail permit, they are given a number associated with their account. This number is imprinted on mail sent using the permit.

Go to your local post office and fill out ps3615 form. The initial cost of the postal permit is $220 (one-time fee). Payment for permits is to be made to the USPS and mailed to the Blaine Post Office — 701 Harrison Ave., Blaine, WA 98230-9998. Your permit is for one year at a time from the day the permit is issued.

The forms are available at your local Post Office, Mailing Requirements Office, or Business Mail Entry Unit (BME). A Business Reply Mail permit number is issued at the Post Office where the PS Form 3615 is filed (generally where the mail is returned) and requires a fee.
How much does a bulk mail permit cost?
The one-time fee for a permit imprint authorization is $240. This fee is not waived by using full-service barcoding. If you use stamps on your bulk mail, you do not need to purchase a permit imprint authorization.
What is a company permit imprint?
A company permit imprint is one in which the exact name of the company or individual holding the permit is shown in the India in place of the city, state, and permit number as noted in Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) 604.5.
