Where do I go to get a new driver's license?
To replace a driver's license, go to a Driver and Vehicle License Issuing Office. You must show an identity document to apply for a replacement. You can use the same identity documents that you used to apply for a new driver's license. Furthermore, you will have to pay a small replacement fee.
How do I replace my driver's license?
Visit a DMV Office This option is available for all license, ID and permit types. Complete an Application for Duplicate of Current Driver's License or Permit (form 1-B). Go to your local DMV office (in-person). Present the form along with applicable fee.
