PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

Excellent program! This service has brought back the professional ability to complete online forms in a typewritten format, as opposed to handwriting. A physician's handwriting is sometimes difficult to read, but with PDF filler, I am able to type the forms, print and have the physician sign where needed.

Phone Number fields are used to collect phone numbers and validate that the proper format has been used for the phone number. To add a Phone Number field to your form, click on the Phone Number field in the Form Builder Tools and drag it over to your form.
What is the proper format for a phone number?
The formatting convention for phone numbers is NPA-NXX-XXXX, where NPA is the three digit area code and NXX-XXXX is the seven digit subscriber number. The prefix NIX of the subscriber number is a code for the local central office, unique in the numbering plan area.
