Your application is COMPLETE when all transcripts are on file, payment is received, & you've received an email confirming submission of application. VERIFICATION begins after you received a CSD CAS complete date. Can take up to 4 weeks for verification process.
Click the Download Transcript Request Form under each school you listed and print each form. Contact the registrar at each institution you attended and request one transcript be sent to CSD CAS. You only need to submit one transcript from each school regardless of the number of programs you're applying to.
Ask your schools to send official transcripts directly to CSD CAS. ... Begin entering coursework into your application.
To submit your official GRE scores to CSD CAS: Provide the codes to ETS and request that your scores be released. Check with ETS about their turnaround and processing times. After ETS processing, scores are sent to CSD CAS in batches and then posted to applications every 2-3 days.
When entering recipient details, select Common App from the drop-down, then enter the CAS Transcript ID. This ID is located below the barcode on the Transcript Request Form issued to you by Common App (the barcode is located in the upper right corner of this form).
CSD CAS stands for Communication Sciences and Disorders Centralized Application Service. Popular lists for the abbreviation: university education.
Programs do not pay any fees to participate in CSD CAS. Students create an account and pay $125 to receive one application designation and then pay $50 for each additional application designation they choose to apply to.

You may submit your application at any time once the required information has been completed on the application, regardless whether your transcripts and letters of reference to have been received by TACOMA.
Transcripts must be addressed to TACOMA. Transcripts addressed to you, a program, school, or any address other than TACOMA are not accepted. Transcripts must be mailed by your registrar.
