I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. Thought it was too expensive and did not see the 70% discount for paying annually instead of monthly and do want that discount and as such a large partial refund of the $120 we were charged

I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. I would like to save my resume' in a docx. file without loosing the format. My resume is already created but I would like to make changes on it when I get a new job. Please help!!!

The application i sy to use and functions very well. I have had no issues with the app. Would like to know what "Host a Fillable Form"s. Opens an "Employment Agreement" when I click on it.

Are you one that needs to easily sign documents and return by email? this is the software to use

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

AWESOME SOFTWARE
Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I password protect a PDF with Microsoft Office?
First, open the Office document you would like to protect. Click the File menu, select the Info tab, and then select the Protect Document button. Click Encrypt with Password. Enter your password then click OK.
How do I protect a PDF from being copied?
Open your PDF.
Go to Protect Tab.
Click Password.
Enter Password.
Select the Printing allowed dropdown.
Select None means to prevent printing.
Select the Changes Allowed dropdown.
Select None -means the highest level of protection.
Can you lock a PDF file from editing?
Open the Protection panel. 2. Click Encrypt, and select Encrypt With Password. Confirm that you want to change the security of the document.
