I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The user interface takes some getting used to after using DocuSign for 8 years. However, the customer service is second to none and has made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped for! Top notch to say the least!

The only difficulty I encountered was figuring out how to find subsequent forms. I worked it out -= probably not in the most expeditious way - but I will happily use the service in the future.

I like the fact that it is a Swiss Army knife type tool that can do editing, signatures, electronic contract signing all in one easy to use package! I use it in several of my small businesses. It is much better in my estimation than the Adobe products......

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the…
I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

How do I combine multiple PDFs into one in Preview?
Open the PDFs you want to combine in Preview. In each document, choose View > Thumbnails. You'll see page thumbnails in the sidebar. Press and hold the Command key, and select the page thumbnails that you want to add to the other document.
How do I combine locked PDF files?
File→Create for creating a new PDF file.
Choose Combine Files Into a Single PDF option.
Click on Add File, add all the PDF files you want to merge.
Add password of the locked PDF files.
Click on Combine.
File→Saves to save the PDF file.
How do I combine multiple PDF files into one on a Mac?
Open a PDF in Preview.
Choose View > Thumbnails to show page thumbnails in the sidebar.
To indicate where to insert the other document, select a page thumbnail.
Choose Edit > Insert > Page from File.*
From the file dialog, select the PDF that you want to add, then click Open.
