Great customer service support
Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

Smooth fillable process
Smooth fillable process. It's just the end of the process, saving the document and accessing it that I still need to get used to. I don't feel too comfortable as I feel like my documents are not easily accessible if I forget my password. I guess it's a matter of getting used to. Really came through for me when I was charged a subscription fee. Being a small business owner, things get hectic. I had used it for my taxes and meant to cancel it but forgot. They cancelled my subscription and refunded the fee with no questions asked. Too bad it really wasn't a good fit for my business."

I have been using PDFfiller for over a year now for editing basic electrical drawings and documents for my company. Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.
