i am very surprised at how easy it is to retrieve and add new pdf's to my account. A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

site is very easy to navigate through and honestly it has all the tools I need, would reccomend, but I do feel it should be a little cheaper than $20 a month!

kara was great
kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. Please give her kudo's and preferably a raise for dealing with an older computer geek
