I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.
What do you dislike?
There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

Start out with the trial. I think you will be impressed enough to purchase.

Lease Rate Factor Calculation The interest rate portion of the monthly lease payment relies on the lease rate factor. The lease rate factor is the annual interest rate divided by the number of monthly payments. If the current interest rate is 6 percent, then the lease rate factor in our example is (0.06/60), or 0.0010.
