The owner of a registration may obtain a certified copy of the registration from the Document Services Branch of the Public Records Division of the USPTO for a fee (see TMEP §111 ).
The registration # is what's assigned when your mark is actually registered. Since trademark info is public, you can find both numbers by navigating to the USPTO trademark search website (http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=searchss&state=484ov6.1.1) and searching for your mark.
The cost to trademark a logo with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is $$225600 as of January 2017, plus legal fees. You can register a trademark with your state for $50-$150, but federal registration offers a great deal more legal protection.

How Much Does It Cost to Trademark a Name? The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) shows that the current fees for an electronic application range between $275 and $325 for each class of goods and services. These fees are dependent upon which type of application you file.
Certification Marks. A certification mark is a specialized type of trademark used to distinguish goods or services which comply with a defined standard, in contrast to a trademark used to distinguish goods or services of the owner from goods or services of others.
The main difference is that collective trademarks may be used by particular members of the organization which owns them, while certification marks may be used by anybody who complies with the standards defined by the owner of the particular certification mark.

When a service mark is federally registered, the standard registration symbol ® or“"Reg U.S. Pat & TM Off" may be used (the same symbol is used to mark registered trademarks). Before it is registered, it is common practice (with some legal standing) to use the service mark symbol (a superscript SM).
