Excellent PDF Software Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program. I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business. Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

Place the insertion point where you want to begin paragraph 1. Type 1. Press the Tab key. Type a) (that's the lowercase letter 'a' followed by a right parenthesis). Press Enter. Choose Bullets and Numbering from the Format menu.
Select the text you want to format as a list. Selecting text to format. On the Home tab, click the drop-down arrow next to the Bullets command. A menu of bullet styles will appear. Move the mouse over the various bullet styles. The text will be formatted as a bulleted list.
Select all the text containing the bulleted list or lists you've created. Open the “Page Layout” tab, and then click “Columns.” Choose the number of columns you want to show from the drop-down menu. Move the cursor to the point where you want your second column to start.
Create a bulleted or numbered list. When you type 1, a period, a space, and some text, then press Enter, Word automatically starts a numbered list for you. Type * and a space before your text, and Word makes a bulleted list. When you're done with the list, press Enter until the bullets or numbering switches off.
Click one of the alignment options, which are small icons with tiny lines, in the “Paragraph” section of the ribbon/toolbar. Click the “Right Alignment” button to right-align the bullets, click the “Center Alignment” button to center the bullets.
Click Insert > Table. Fill the cells with words and select the whole table with clicking the button. Click Home > Bullets, and choose a bullet from the drop-down menu. Keep the table selected, click Home > Borders > No Border to hide the table borders.
To change one bullet or number, place the cursor at the start of the line that you want to change. To change multiple bullets or numbers, select the text in all the bullets or numbers that you want to change. Button, and then click Bullets and Numbering.
